The operations of symmetry revisited–Reflection

As the name implies, reflection reflects the motif horizontally, vertically, or diagonally along an imaginary mirror line. The solid lines in the examples below represent said imaginary mirror.

Symmetry group cm/II vertically reflects a pair of vertically glide-reflected tiles as shown below. Pattern 1-4M-3-3/cm/II vertically reflects a pair of vertically glide-reflected Blocks 1-4M-3-3 as shown below. Pattern 1-4M-3-3/cm/II is an 8-shape tessellation.
